  • Scripture/quiet time/worship (research shows that people who believe in a higher power/have spiritual practices heal better/faster from all sorts of things than those who don't)

  • Mindfulness techniques for when I am feeling frantic (breathing, body scan)

  • Movement (yoga, walking, mobility exercises)

  • Being outdoors (scientifically proven to be good for the brain)

  • Journaling (there is power in naming things and writing them down versus ruminating over them in our heads)

  • NAPS
